Cloud 9 Ranch Club employees a full-time staff 24 hours a day, seven days a week,year round. From our full-service restaurant staff to our Chief of Security, we employ people who's sole purpose is to satisfy your camping needs and to look after well being during your time with us.
We are seeking a creative and experienced Manager for a 6000+ acre camping resort in the Ozark Mountains! Excellent organizational skills, reliability, flexibility and self-initiative a must! Position is full time/year round work with benefits. Minimum 5+ years General/ Operations Management experience

The Employee Appreciation Program has been a huge success and is well-accepted as a viable perk for our employees. The Chili-Cookoff and Employee Appreciation Day in September is still being talked about as one of the most fun days this ranch has seen (from both employees and members).
The EAP has evolved into a program that is much larger than any of us expected and we are already getting lots of ideas and resources lined up to make it bigger than ever. Employees are the lifeblood of this Ranch and its high time they are rewarded for their efforts.
Many have previously supported the EAP with monthly prizes, cash donations and food for their monthly get-together after work functions. You may be called upon again this year to do more of the same and I hope you will support the efforts put forth for our most valuable asset (the employees of C9R).
