Committes & Clubs at Cloud 9 Ranch Club

Ranch Riders Club

• Improve the ranch's ATV trails
• Construct an helo pad in Foggy Campground
• Acquire skid steer to improve and maintain trails
• Provide any other functions we can for the ranch
• Raises funds to improve the Ranch (outhouses, helipad) via sponsors Poker Runs
• Other ATV-related activities.

Rules Committee

• Researches and suggests new and/or changed rules for Board approval and membership vote at the annual meeting. The Committee just published a new rule book in July.
• Serves as custodian of the Rule Book
• Assure new rules are included and advise the BOD of any inaccuracies
• Monitors distribution of Rule Book

By-Laws Committee

• Researches and suggests new and/or changed by-laws for Board approval and membership vote at the annual meeting.
• Serves as custodian of By-Laws
• Initiate any changes recommended by BOD or that committee develops
• Prepare changes, corrections and motions for submission to BOD members for their actions at annual meetings.

Planning Committee

• Researches and analyzes ways to obtain Ranch revenue
• Propose one and five year plans to the BOD to assure financial stability of Cloud 9 Ranch Club
• Makes recommendations to the Board on how to best proceed, such as costs for cabins, anticipated rental revenue, etc.

Conservation Committee

• Oversee fishing and hunting activities
• Trout ordering for stocking stream
• Marking hunting areas
• Providing "Game Wardens" for enforcement of hunting and fishing rules.

Marketing / Communications and Technology Committee (MCTC)

• Research and implement electronic options for better communication within C9's membership
• Explore marketing opportunities online for Cloud 9
• Update, maintain and manage the public website and related systems

Fun Addicts Committee

• Improve the ranch's "fun oriented" facilities
• Provide themed parties for all

Craft House Committe

• Provides an avenue for members to display and sell merchandise and/or crafts
• Income received from consignment fees is donated for ranch improvements

School House Committee

• Maintain the School House
• Schedule tours and fund raisers to assure that the historic landmark receives needed restoration work

Bingo Committee

• Plan Bingo activities
• Assure that all Missouri Bingo laws are being observed and met

Coffee Committee

• Provides coffee in Clubhouse for visitors enjoyment at a nominal fee
• Money collected is donated for ranch improvements

Activities Committee

• Plans and schedules numerous activities for members enjoyment and participation including Poker Runs, dinners, birthday parties, holiday events
