Stay as long as you like. In fact you can stay full-time with us!

Membership Requirements:

The buyer and/or spouse must be at least 18 years of age.
Memberships cannot be held jointly by two (2) or more single persons, nor can an additional person(s) be added to a membership except as Rights of Survivorship.
Completion of a Club Membership Application, Purchase Agreement with Member's Rights and Limitations, Contract for deed if financing membership and a Quit Claim Deed. (See forms section below)

Membership Expenses:

Deeded membership $2000
Separate payment of $27.00 payable to the Ozark County Recorder's Office will be required to record your deed.
Transfer Fees for persons wanting to buy a membership from another member is $100.00
